Dr. Nakfoor is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He received his radiation oncology residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH)/Harvard Medical School where he was awarded chief resident during his final year. While at MGH, Dr. Nakfoor spent a year performing laboratory research investigating the treatment of prostate cancer with radiation therapy. He has published in peer review journals on topics such as head and neck cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, and prostate cancer. He has been voted top doctor by the readers of Gulfshore Life Magazine every year since the award was created.
Dr. Michael Hanus is a graduate of the University of New Mexico where he was a varsity soccer team member. He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas and his radiation oncology residency training at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Hanus has extensive research and clinical experience in the treatment of prostate cancer, breast cancer, and skin cancer, and has also been named a multi-year top doctor by Gulfshore Life Magazine.
