Bruce M Nakfoor, MD, is a board-certified radiation oncologist who has made it his personal mission to elevate the standard of cancer care available to the community of Naples. Highly respected by his peers and patients alike, his 30-year practice has been shaped by his boundless compassion, selfless contributions, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
He founded Inspire Oncology to provide world-class, comprehensive, and compassionate cancer care close to home. His research into exercise and nutrition as viable medical treatments is extensive. Inspired by the potential of longer, better lives for his patients, Dr. Nakfoor has pioneered a new approach to cancer care with the subsequent founding of Inspire Exercise Medicine. As Inspire’s clinical provider of medically prescribed and medically supervised exercise and nutrition programs, the practice is making a difference in the lives of patients.
Dr. Nakfoor’s medical training is unparalleled. He completed his residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, the largest teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, where he served as chief resident. He has spoken at multiple national and international cancer conferences and has published over a dozen peer-reviewed cancer research papers. Dr. Nakfoor values the personal relationship he builds with each and every one of his patients. He makes himself available for their oncologic needs, even providing his personal cell phone number.
