Dr. Sonal Sura is a Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist. She earned her MBA from New York University, earned her medical degree at George Washington University, completed a research fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, and residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, New York. She is versed in all major modalities of radiation therapy cancer treatment, including intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image guided radiation therapy (IGRT) and stereotactic radiosurgery.

The moment you step into this serene, Zen-like office, you're welcomed by a warm and calming receptionist. The office itself is immaculate and beautifully designed. Dr Nakfoor is amazing! Everything starts off and ends perfectly. He is so kind and personable. He makes you feel like you are part of his own family. His knowledge and care about different cancers and treatments are amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and any fears or doubts you might have drift away. His bedside manor is bar none. He doesn't just listen to what you have to say, he absorbs it and has exactly what's needed for an answer or suggestion or even peace of mind. He is not your run of the mill in-and-out Doctor. He is genuine in his practice, knowledge, talk and heart. If you're looking for a cookie-cutter treatment plan, you won't find it here. Dr Nakfoor specially tailors a treatment plan for you and what your needs are. He's the Best! And his staff...WOW!!!! I was going thru some things in my cancer journey and was having severe depression episodes, and his staff...every one of them... were like a kind, supportive, loving, sincere, caring best friend. The heart that his staff has...I've never experienced anything like it at a doctors office. Truly a very special people. Thank you Dr Nakfoor!

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nakfoor and his entire program. I am so happy that I came to Florida to have my radiation treatment with him. His program at Inspire Exercise Medicine is fabulous. I feel more fit than I did before my diagnosis. The fact that he cares about your entire well being as a whole person with exercise and nutrition makes a world of difference when going through this difficult time and treatment. My experience with Inspire Oncology has been exceptional. Dr. Nakfoor and his entire team’s dedication to the care of their patients is evident the minute you interact with them. In my case, Dr. Nakfoor was on vacation when my Oncologist, Dr. Mark Rubin, asked him to review my case. We met the next day and he had thoroughly reviewed my records in preparation for this appointment. Within two days, Drs. Nakfoor and my Oncologist reviewed my case and proposed treatment plan with a leading Oncologist at Mass General to elicit a second opinion prior to my treatment commencing. I recently reviewed the post treatment results with Dr. Nakfoor. The detail and amount of time spent to cover everything was comforting and greatly appreciated. I’m truly blessed with the collaboration between Dr. NaKfoor and my Oncologist, their accessibility, transparent communication, and proactive approach to eliciting input from other colleagues is at a level that I have not experienced before. I highly recommend Inspire Oncology.

Dr Nakfoor is a breadth of fresh air in a town that has a lot of get rich fast flyers, that seem to be in it for the money. He legitimately cares for his patients and has your best interest at heart. I was originally referred to him and he truly lived up to his word and promises. Great Dr and person. Highly recommend him. Dr. Nakfoor is an amazing doctor! I’ve been a patient of his for almost one year and I truly believe he saved my life. During my first appointment he was on the phone scheduling referrals for an IV port, chemo doctor, Imaging, etc. I didn’t have to worry about researching doctors, making phone calls or scheduling appointments, he basically did it all for me. Dr. Nakfoor is a true professional and I highly recommend him.

Dr Nakfoor is the best! Look not further. Very attentive, responsive and caring. He well prepared me for a difficult treatment that I required. I strictly followed his advice of exercise and diet while I was sick and it wasn't always easy. I believe that my ability to recover better than I could have ever imagined is attributed to being under his care. I completely trusted him and today I am cancer free and healthy. Dr. Nakfoor and staff are first class! My first appointment was preceded with his staff reviewing the multi-page questionnaire I had already filled out. (Yes, they actually read it) All the details that could be addressed were taken care before meeting the doctor. He’s very personable and took all the time needed to educate me on my medical issue and treatment. I wasn’t rushed. He’s an outlier. I highly recommend him.
